To the Office of John Barbee,
I appreciate the manner in which your staff handled the purchase of my clients property at 1486 Joy lane in Decatur. Everything took place just as Mr. Barbee said it would, he brought his crew inspected the property and notified me the same day as to whether or not he wanted the home, he didn’t drag it out or try to haggle us for the price i felt he was pleasant and very fair to work with. His office staff (Patty) was expedient with all the paperwork and answering any questions I might of had, she made sure we had directions to the closing attorneys office and the correct time, helped me look good because i was able to transfer all the info onto my client so he didn’t have any questions. I just want to say thanks Mr. Barbee it was a pleasure working with you i look forward to any future business we might have.
Sincerely;
James D. Williams

Hi John,
Glad you made it back safely! Hope your New Year’s was a great one. As for the closing, my parents said it went smoothly. They left the $800 check with the attorney. They decided not to wire the money, but take the check itself. I hope you and your business the best! Contact me should you have any other questions. Thanks so much!

Dear Homeowner:
My name is Sandra and I sold my house to John Barbee (AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc.) on January 28, 2005.
Everything went very well. We closed and I got the money earlier than the date in the contract.
He did what he promised.
Thank You!

Dear John:
There were no surprises at the closing table. Thank you!!
When my father passed away, I was left to deal with his estate and home. I liked dealing with you. When we met at his house, I liked how you were straightforward and clear and explained everything to me.
I’m glad I trusted you. The money is in my account and I can now move on.
Compared to the other people who were interested in buying the house, you seemed to have a more professional attitude and I liked knowing you had a working system in place. This also made me feel comfortable about signing the paperwork.
Best of luck with the house.
Sincerely,
Madeline Weems

Dear John:
It has been a pleasure working with you over the last year. We both appreciate your business and professionalism. Already, we have already closed over twenty transactions involving your company. As you are aware, not all residential transactions (especially those involving investment properties) close without some type of complication whether it is a title issue or a confliect between parties, etc… However, your transactions typically go smoothly and when there is a problem, we have found that we can count on you to work hard to help solve the problems. Perhaps for these reasons your purchasers and sellers appear to be satisfied the day of closing.
We look forward to continuing to work with you and your company. Thank you for your confidence over the last year and please do not hesitate to contact either of us if we can assist you in any way.
Very truly yours,

To Whom It May Concern:
We sold our house at 1769 San Gabriel, Decatur, GA 30032 on December 12, 2003.
Over the years, we have received many postcards from various companies and individuals who are in the business of buying houses in our neighborhood. Your company wasn’t the only one that we decided to call when we knew we wanted to sell our house. After talking with you, meeting you at the house, hearing your offer, and discussing our options, we decided to go with your company and we’re glad that we did!
You kept your word and things went exactly as planned in our discussions and according to the contract. We’re glad that we didn’t need to put the house on the market with a Realtor or endure the hassle of selling on our own. It was a quick sale and we felt like we got a fair price, too. We’d like to thank you and encourage others to speak with you about selling their house.
Best of luck to John Barbee and AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc. in 2004.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Barbee:
We were very happy that our house closed successfully and on time.
I think people should know that they can trust you. You closed on the house and I got my money, as promised. Your attorney did a great job explaining the closing documents and in getting things taken care of during our closing.
My house was in good condition and I didn’t have to see it but we decided to move to a larger house and when I got your postcard I thought I would call you to see what you had to say. I was skeptical at first, but am glad that I decided to sell to you after all.
Thank you.

John,
The check has cleared the bank as of 4-26-04 and I will get that letter to you within the next couple of days. Thanks again for such a smooth transaction.
I’m glad this worked out well. You guys closed one week earlier than we agreed on in the contract, too. I feel like we got a fair price, the house needs some work and we knew that but it was a good way to go. Selling to you was easy. Compared to what we would’ve needed to do to fix up the place and put it on the market by ourselves or with a real estate agency. We closed faster and without all the headaches.
Some people out there give what you do a bad name. I wasn’t sure if selling to an investor was the best way to go. Thanks for doing what you said you were going to do. Feel free to show this to people who are thinking about doing business with you, John.
Thank you,

Dear John:
We received many postcards and letters when our house foreclosure hit the newspaper. Also, several people came to our door, knocked and told us we needed to sell to them or let them take over our house payment.
We felt comfortable with you and appreciated how you were able to handle everything smoothly, including getting the right paperwork at the RIGHT time to our lender so they would postpone the auction sale of our home.
We got $22,106.67 from the sale after the bank was paid off in full!
Thank you very much for being respectful, honest, fair and for closing on time!
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
John Barbee and his company, AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc., purchased my house last week for a fair price and they closed very quickly, too.
John and I met over a month ago. I had a few offers on my house. The other people may have offered a little more than he did but they didn’t keep their word. John did, though. I came back to John and his company because the other offer fell through and I felt like he would do what he said he could do. I liked the fact that he was upfront and honest and explained everything…I had my doubts but my house closed on time and I can move on.
I may have lost all my equity if we hadn’t closed in time. Trust and the ability to follow through on promises…John is a man of his word.
Thanks,
Randy Henderson

Dear John:
Upon your request, I am gladly writing this letter to encourage other homeowners to contact you and to think twice before listing their house with a real estate agent or trying to sell on their own. Since our first contact in June 2000, you have been very professional and helpful (much more so than most of the real estate agents I have dealt with) and sellers should consider selling their house to you! Maybe they will find themselves able to move on sooner than they might have thought possible. Not to mention the stress factor that can be alleviated by utilizing your services.
You have been very open and honest with me – others will appreciate this quality of yours when they pick up the phone, call you, and ask the question, “Well, how does this actually work?” You were always very gracious in explaining the process and always willing to answer my questions, day or night – you actually cared what was best for my family. I have already referred someone to you, as you know, and will do so again with any friends that need to sell their house in the future.
You have been a pleasure to deal with and I have found your down-to-earth manner very refreshing during our discussions.
Best wishes to you in the future!
Sincerely yours,
Judith Walter

To Whom It May Concern:
I own several properties in the state of Georgia. When I saw your road sign and newpaper classifed ad regarding selling your house in 9 days, I was skeptical that I could actually be closing on my $300,000+ house in the Rivermont Subdivision (Alpharetta) a few weeks later.
After talking to a competitor of yours and considering my other options, I was impressed by your professionalism and candor during our conversations as well as the simplicity of the transaction. You are a straight shooter and someone that I look forward to doing business with in the future.
I am recommending you to my friends, colleagues, and neighbors and I welcome you to show anyone this letter who would like to sell their house without the hassle and costly commission. The ability to set the closing date is a great benefit of selling to you!
Sincerely,
Cyndi Greer

Dear John,
This all went really well. Very easy. Thank you for closing early and for doing everything as promised.
Others shouldn’t hesitate working with you. This is a quick and easy way to sell a house.
I got a fair price and didn’t need to put the house on the market with a real estate agent.
All the best,

Coca-Cola Bottlers of Eurasia
November 16, 2000
To Whom It May Concern:
John Barbee worked in Russia for the Inchcape Bottlers, which subsequently was purchased by The Coca-Cola Company, from January 1997 to November 1999. He was assigned to the Ekaterinburg bottling operation based in Ekaterinburg, Russia. He was the General Sales Manager responsible for all sales and distribution in the region.
John’s assignment was difficult because Inchcape, with its new management team, needed to convert the operation from a Soviet-style business to a western-style, commercial business with real P&L accountability. This model shift requires people of strength and purpose. John demonstrated these qualities. He had to develop a strong sales organization, which met high standards of achievement. He worked tirelessly to build the Coca-Cola brand presence in this market. John’s contribution was necessary to create and atmosphere of confidence and success within the sales staff. Today, Ekaterinburg is one of our strongest markets in Russia. John’s early efforts have paid dividends.
John was highly respected by the Russian staff because he knows the culture and speaks the language. In fact, John was asked to stay in Ekaterinburg during the sale of the Inchcape Bottlers to The Coca-Cola Company, which was completed as of January 1, 1999. He was critical in assisting with the transition. Again, his leadership provided stability during a period of tremendous change.
During the Winter of 1999, John decided to repatriate to the USA for personal reasons. He leaves The Coca-Cola Company in good standing and is greatly appreciated for his early contribution to the success of our business. Without, him, the Ekaterinburg bottler would not be as successful as it is today.
If you have any questions, you can contact me for references.
Sincerely,
Dale Lehar, Human Resource Director
