His office staff (Patty) was expedient with all the paperwork and answering any questions I might of had, she made sure we had directions to the closing attorneys office and the correct time, helped me look good because i was able to transfer all the info onto my client so he didn’t have any questions. We received cards in the mail all the time on this property, and many of these come from folks who are simply looking for a bargain from a distressed buyer. Once we decided to sell, we checked with multiple realtors on what we could expect to sell the house for, then deducted realtor commissions, fix up costs, time, dealing with buyer demands, etc. — all the hassle that sellers go through.
