John and I met over a month ago. I had a few offers on my house. The other people may have offered a little more than he did but they didn’t keep their word. John did, though. I came back to John and his company because the other offer fell through and I felt like he would do what he said he could do. I liked the fact that he was upfront and honest and explained everything… I had my doubts, but my house closed on time and I can move on.
I may have lost all my equity if we hadn’t closed in time. Trust and the ability to follow through on promises… John is a man of his word.

I’m glad this worked out well. You guys closed one week earlier than we agreed on in the contract, too. I feel like we got a fair price, the house needs some work and we knew that but it was a good way to go. Selling to you was easy. Compared to what we would’ve needed to do to fix up the place and put it on the market by ourselves or with a real estate agency. We closed faster and without all the headaches.
