We are a professional home-buying company. We are NOT real estate agents, which means we will not list your property for sale on the open market. Instead, we intend to buy your house, fix it up (if it needs repairs) and hold the property.
AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc started out originally in the Decatur area and other parts of Dekalb County, but now we also by houses in the Metro Atlanta area.

Hi, I’m John Barbee, CEO and founder of AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc and Pennylane Properties, LLC. I’ve been a professional real estate investor for years in Georgia and have purchased over 200 homes over that time.
Our main focus here at AtlantaHouseBuyer, Inc is to help homeowners out of their real estate situations, put more cash in your pocket, give you the flexibility to close on the date that fits your needs… and to then do whatever it takes to make that house beautiful again so a new family can move into the home.
The whole process helps to beautify the neighborhoods we work and live in and it’s a really rewarding process from start to finish.

Our process puts you, the homeowner in the drivers seat. I usually present multiple ways to structure the deal so you can pick one that best fits your needs then you can control how quickly you want to close on the property.
